why i created this mini-program…

I created this self-paced mini program after spending the last year supporting newly separated women - and noticing the same two barriers to healing come up again and again.

The first is overwhelm. When your nervous system is in survival mode, even the idea of “healing” can feel like too much.

The second is accessibility. Not every woman is in a position - emotionally or financially - to step into 1:1 coaching or a longer, deeper experience straight away.

This mini program is my way of meeting you where you are.

Meet Tess…

I’m Tess, an NLP & Master Life Coach who specialises in supporting women navigating separation, emotional overwhelm, and identity loss.

A decade ago I walked away from a toxic marriage with two young boys, no money, no support nearby, and a nervous system in survival mode. I know firsthand how overwhelming this chapter can feel - the fear, guilt, self-doubt, and constant sense of being on edge.

I also know that healing is possible, and it doesn’t have to take years.

Today I’m happier and more grounded than I’ve ever been, and I’ve dedicated my work to helping women move through this season with clarity, emotional safety, and confidence - but much faster than I did.
